Sitting with the Dalai Lama and listening to his teachings have been an incredible opportunity to learn about Buddhism from the 'big guy at the top'! I have learned so much in such a short period of time. There are people from all over the world here to learn with me, including many Tibetans.
The Dalai Lama spent the first two days teaching about what makes Buddhism truly different than other religions. He has such an engaging delivery. Smiles, stories, laughter and lots of hand gestures all add to his wisdom and makes the experience fun.
I will share more in a few days about what has transpired and what I have learned here in India so far. Must get to bed now to be ready for another early day tomorrow!
